Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs.

• Encourage confidence, independence and active participation in classroom activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and support pupils' emotional and social development.
• Work closely with the school's SENCO and wider staff to provide consistent, high-quality support.
