Job Title: SEN Tutor

Contract Type: Casual

Hourly Pay: £25 £35 per hour

Location: Sleaford

Hours: 8:30 am 3:30 pm

The Leader Group is proud to be supporting a growing education programme which is part of a leading specialist education provider, in their search for a dedicated SEN Tutor. This role is all about making a genuine difference for learners who need extra support to reach their potential and find it a challenge to participate in attending school or learning sessions. This role is aimed to bring the school experience to the pupil so they don t miss out and can still achieve their academic goals. By supporting multiple pupils within the week in various locations across the region.

The Role

• Deliver Maths, English, and intervention sessions at KS3 or foundation KS4 level.
• Work face-to-face with learners in their homes or a neutral location such as community library or if needed over Microsoft teams, this is across the Sleaford area.
• Support vulnerable students by tailoring lessons to their learning needs.
• Collaborate with safeguarding advisors to ensure learner s wellbeing and development are fully supported.

About You

We re looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS/QTLS (essential).
• Brings a compassionate, student-focused approach, particularly for learners with SEND or SEMH needs.
• Has tutoring or teaching experience with children requiring additional support.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
