Job summary

Priestlands School in United Kingdom is seeking an HLTA to join the SEND team. The role is based mainly in the HUB area, delivering small group work and classroom support to SEN students.

The successful candidate will have SEN experience, KS3/KS4 familiarity, and an innovative approach, with strong administration skills to record, analyze and communicate with stakeholders. Hours are 8:30am–3:30pm, term-time only, 32.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN or HLTA roles is essential.
• Proven ability to support KS3/KS4 students effectively.
• Strong administration and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small group work and provide classroom support in the SEND department.
• Support the SEN curriculum and contribute to specialised learning opportunities.
• Record, analyse and communicate student progress to stakeholders.
