Job summary

Prospero Group is seeking a Recruitment Account Manager (SEN Education) to work on a warm SEN desk, supporting schools and local authorities with high-quality teaching and support staff.

You will source, interview and place candidates while building long-term client relationships and ensuring safeguarding standards are met; a degree and/or sales background is preferred, and career progression is available within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales, account management or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Degree preferred; graduate-calibre candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and fill daily, long-term and permanent SEN vacancies.
• Build relationships with SEN schools, specialist provisions and education professionals.
• Source, interview and support candidates seeking SEND opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
• Support vulnerable children by matching them with outstanding staff.
• Grow accounts and generate repeat business through service delivery.
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance processes are completed to a high standard.
