Job summary

The Prospero Group is seeking a Recruitment Account Manager (SEN Education) to join a warm, established SEN desk. You will work with specialist schools, alternative provisions, SEND departments and local authorities, providing high-quality teaching and support staff to make a real impact on children with additional needs.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, driving placements and ensuring safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales, account management or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition, resilience and proactive mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and fill daily, long-term and permanent SEN vacancies.
• Build strong relationships with SEN schools, specialist provisions and education professionals.
• Source, interview and support candidates pursuing SEN opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure high client and candidate satisfaction.
• Support vulnerable children by pairing them with outstanding professionals.
• Grow existing accounts and generate repeat business through service excellence.
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance processes are completed to the highest standard.
