An established industry player is seeking dedicated individuals to inspire hope in vulnerable young people. This role involves working closely with students who have special educational needs and mental health challenges, providing tailored support in their learning journey. You will engage students through innovative methods, linking subjects to their interests, and help them reintegrate into education. With a commitment to safeguarding and a collaborative team environment, you will play a crucial role in shaping brighter futures for those in need. Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.
Can you inspire hope for the most vulnerable young people?
For those with SEN and SEMH needs, attending school can feel impossible. Overwhelming classrooms, lack of understanding, and pressure on resources often leave them without vital support, and many end up unwilling or unable to attend.
Being out of education, these young people are in desperate need of your experience, expertise, and understanding. Consider working with Fresh Start in Education. Working on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, in placements set up and supported by our dedicated team, you will plan, deliver, or support bespoke learning programmes designed around your student’s needs and interests. By linking YouTube to English, baking to Maths, gardening to Science, you'll turn their world into their classroom. Your skills and commitment will help ready our students to reintegrate back into education.
