Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people with a range of SEN.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Manage the classroom effectively and keep students engaged.
• Support students with SEN and promote inclusive learning.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
• Communicate feedback on lessons and student progress with staff.
