Colmore Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Cover Supervisor for a mainstream secondary school in the Bilston area. You will deliver pre-set lessons, uphold a positive classroom environment, and support students with their work, gaining hands-on experience in a school setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience with young people, strong behaviour management and communication skills, and confidence leading a class independently.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work).
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Confidence leading a classroom independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set lessons across subjects in the absence of teaching staff.
• Maintain a focused and positive classroom environment.
• Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students in completing assigned work.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour.
