Senovo Capital Management GmbH is seeking a Complex Needs Classroom Support Assistant in Kingston upon Thames to support pupils with complex learning, communication and sensory needs. You will assist in delivering accessible lessons and routines, guided by individual plans and safeguarding practices.

The role emphasizes calm, reliable support and collaboration with teachers, therapists and care staff, with eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS check process.

Qualifications

Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
A calm, reliable approach and confident safeguarding awareness.
QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.

Responsibilities

Support accessible lessons, communication routines and sensory activities.
Follow individual support plans and agreed regulation strategies.
Encourage participation while respecting each pupil's pace and choices.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and care staff.
