The Role

Teaching Personnel is seeking a resilient, compassionate SEN Classroom Support Assistant to join a welcoming and well-supported Special Educational Needs (SEN) school. You will support pupils aged 3-19 with Autism and a range of additional learning needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

The School Environment

The school is thoughtfully organised into Primary, Secondary, Post-16, and a dedicated Autism and Complex Needs Centre.

The school offers an inspiring, well-equipped learning environment with excellent facilities and small class sizes. Each class benefits from strong staffing ratios, typically consisting of a teacher supported by a skilled team of support assistants.

Key features include:

Here, flexibility and resilience aren't just helpful… they're essential. You may move between different classrooms, age groups, and needs throughout the week, adapting your approach to ensure every learner receives the right support at the right moment.
