Job summary

five is seeking a dedicated SEN Classroom Support Assistant (1:1 ASC) for KS1 in Bath. This full-time role supports learning, routines, and personal development, working closely with the teacher and SENCO to foster a safe, inclusive classroom.

The position offers a supportive environment, with opportunities for progression and access to specialist SEN training. Ideal for candidates with Level 2/3 TA qualifications and a strong teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Patient, caring and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with children.
• Experience with SEN or ASC desirable but not essential.
• Qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant advantageous.
