Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.

• Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs, and external professionals.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and families.
