Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support students 1:1 and in small groups across primary and secondary settings.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored, engaging lessons.
• Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies.
• Encourage independence, communication and social development.
• Provide emotional and behavioural support where needed.
