Highfield Ely Academy in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Class Teacher to join our vibrant SEN school and nurture a nurturing, inclusive environment where every learner thrives. Qualifications

• Experience of, or strong interest in, supporting pupils with additional needs including autism.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons, adapting to meet the needs of all pupils and promote progress.
• Assess, monitor and report on pupil achievement to inform teaching.
• Promote a safe, positive learning environment through effective behaviour management and safeguarding.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to support pupil development and the wider life of the academy.
• Contribute to school improvement and the effective deployment of resources.
