  • Possesses a kind, caring and compassionate nature,enabling them to plan and deliver inclusive, fun, andinspiring lessons.
  • Holds a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS).
  • As an SEN Teacher or ECT at Fern House, you will have:
  • Bring learning to life through personalised and engaging lessons.
  • Unlock potential by creatively adapting content forlearners with diverse EHCP needs.
  • Be a key figure in building secure and trustingrelationships with students and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider support team tomeet the needs of our pupils.
  • Continuously evolve your practice through feedbackand dedicated CPD.

Fern House School is a special school for children with social, emotional, mental health needs and / or social communication needs (Autism).

Fern House School opened in November 2017. We are proud to be part of the Connect Education Trust which includes Bowes Primary School, Chesterfield Primary School, Carterhatch Junior School, Delta Primary School, Grange Park Primary School and Hazelbury Primary School.
