Job summary

Nurseplus is seeking a Children's Support Worker to support pupils in SEN settings, helping learning, independence and wellbeing. You’ll work within a compassionate school team and gain valuable experience in child development and safeguarding.

Enjoy flexible shifts, weekly pay, training, and development opportunities including NVQ levels 2 and 3, with access to Blue Light Card discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience in a children/young adult setting.
• Knowledge of EBD, SEMH, CSE or SEN/SEND.
• Clear enhanced DBS (applies upon registration).

Responsibilities

• Support, safeguard and promote wellbeing of children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
• Assist with educational development and personal care to promote independence.
