Job summary

The role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay and access to industry-leading training aligned with the Care Certificate. You’ll join a supportive team with opportunities to progress, gain qualifications such as NVQ Levels 2

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EBD/SEMH/CSE/SEN frameworks.
• 12 months post-qualification experience in a children’s/young‑adult setting.
• Level 3/4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support, safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour; assist their educational development and independence.
