Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Children's Support Worker to provide high-quality care across our range of children's services, including residential homes, SEN schools, and learning disability settings.

You will support wellbeing, education, and personal care, helping children gain independence within a compassionate team and flexible shift patterns. Competitive weekly pay applies, with industry-leading training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Over 21 years old and eligible to work in the UK.
• Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience in a children/young adult setting.
• Clear enhanced DBS (to be applied for upon registration).
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support, safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, including managing complex behaviours and crisis intervention.
• Assist with educational development and personal care to help children gain independence and improve daily life.
