  • Coordinate and oversee the Annual Review process for children and young people with complex additional needs.
  • Manage a caseload of EHCP-related work, ensuring statutory deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with schools, educational settings, health professionals, parents, carers, and partner agencies.
  • Support the effective use of resources across educational provisions both within and outside Cambridgeshire.
  • Provide clear communication and advice to families and professionals throughout the assessment and review processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely case recording, documentation, and decision-making.
  • Advocate for children and young people, ensuring their views, wishes, and aspirations remain central to all planning and decision-making.
