Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced SEND Caseworker to join our remote SEND team. You will manage EHCPs, coordinate assessments, and work with families, schools and health professionals to ensure statutory duties are met and positive outcomes are achieved.
The role is fully remote in the UK, with a focus on independence and effective multi-agency collaboration to deliver person-centred outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEND Caseworker to join our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team. Working remotely, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people with SEND, ensuring that statutory duties are met and positive outcomes are achieved for families.
You will manage a caseload of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), working collaboratively with families, schools, health professionals, social care colleagues and other stakeholders to coordinate assessments, reviews and annual reviews.
