Education Impact Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Male Care Assistant for The Hive College in Erdington, Birmingham. This permanent post offers 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a Grade 1 salary of £24,413–£24,796 FTE (£19,006.12–£19,304.30 pro rata).

• Experience of and the ability to deal positively with young adults with SEND.
• The ability to work as part of a team assisting in the personal care and management of male students with a physical disabilities and/or medical conditions.
• Effective communication with students and listening to them.
• The ability to show initiative and work independently.
