Team BMS in Central London is seeking a Semi-Static BMS Service Engineer to join its service team. The role combines a resident site with mobile service work, delivering maintenance and fault-finding on Trend BMS systems for prestigious commercial buildings.

An established and growing Building Management Systems specialist is seeking an experienced Semi-Static BMS Service Engineer to join its London service team.

The Role

This is a varied position combining the stability of a resident site with the diversity of mobile service work.

• 3–4 days per week based at a prestigious Central London site.
• 1–2 days per week carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across London.
• Service, maintenance and fault finding on Trend BMS systems.
• Diagnose and resolve control system faults efficiently.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call‑outs.
• Produce clear service reports and communicate effectively with clients.
• Participate in a 1 in 6 out-of-hours call-out rota.

Requirements

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining Trend BMS systems.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good understanding of HVAC plant and controls.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
