Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a skilled BMS Service Engineer with Trend experience to cover London sites. You will service, maintain and fault-find Trend-based BMS systems and perform small works, with opportunities for training and progression.

The role offers a salary of £45,000–£60,000 DOE, company van, fuel, laptop, mobile and test kit, plus pension, profit share, and extensive training with Trend and Honeywell.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BMS service and maintenance experience required.
• Trend SET experience and relevant Trend qualifications required.
• Electrical qualification or controls certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and fault-find BMS systems across sites.
• Perform small works and fault rectification with on-site tests.
• Maintain equipment and monitor system performance.
• Assist with training and progression opportunities.

BMS Service Engineer - Trend

Location: Inner London & Greater London
Salary: £45,000-£60,000 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday,

08:00-17:30 or 06:30-16:00

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for an experienced BMS Service Engineer with Trend experience to join a growing engineering team covering commercial and public-sector sites across London.

You'll be responsible for BMS servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and small works, with excellent opportunities for training and career progression.

Desirable: Trend IQVision, Honeywell, Tridium/Niagara, electrical schematics and relevant site certifications.
