Job summary

Optima UK Inc Ltd is seeking a Semi-Skilled Assembly Operative to join the assembly team at their Lutterworth facility. You will assemble, box and package retail display stands to meet tight deadlines, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role is temporary on-going, working 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with pay between £12.71 and £13.50 per hour depending on experience. Training and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in display stand assembly is desirable.
• Ability to follow instructions from senior team members.
• Must be physically able and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Able to use hand and power tools safely.
• Be a reliable team player who is punctual.

About the Role

We are looking for a Semi-Skilled Assembly Operative to join a team working in the assembly department ensuring retail display stands in their production facility are assembled, boxed and packaged safely and suitably ready for dispatch.

The role will involve working in a team and working to tight deadlines.

The role would suit someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of workmanship.
