Audit Semi-Senior – Accountancy Practice | South West London | Competitive Salary + Benefits

I'm currently partnered with a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy firm that's offering an exciting opportunity for an Audit Semi-Senior to join their growing team.

This is a firm that genuinely values its people—offering a collaborative, modern working culture where progression is supported, specialisms are celebrated, and professional development is embedded into the day-to-day.

You'll be working closely with Directors and Portfolio Managers across a varied portfolio of SME clients. The role is ideal for someone part-qualified (ACA/ACCA) with at least 1–2 years of audit experience in a UK practice, who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Supporting audit and accounts assignments from planning through to completion
2. Delivering high-quality, compliant work that meets deadlines and exceeds client expectations
3. Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
4. Working collaboratively with senior colleagues and mentoring junior team members
5. Continuously developing your technical knowledge and supporting process improvement

What We're Looking For:

1. ACA/ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent), with a clear path to qualification
2. 1–2 years’ experience in UK practice, specifically in audit
3. Confident communication skills and a professional, client-first approach
4. Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
5. Comfortable using Excel and other core Microsoft tools
