Semi-Senior Accountant Role

As a Semi-Senior, you'll assist the management team in preparing accounts, audits, tax computations, VAT returns, and management accounts for a client portfolio that includes sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. We're looking for individuals who enjoy client interaction and are committed to providing excellent service.

You should be suitably experienced or studying towards your AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualification, with experience gained within the profession. In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive training program if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing year-end accounts for both incorporated and unincorporated clients.
2. Assisting with audits.
3. Managing accounts for several incorporated entities and assisting with bookkeeping on occasion.
4. Preparing personal and corporate tax computations and returns.
5. Supporting the Manager with ad hoc project work for clients.
6. Liaising with clients regarding their accounts and queries.
7. Mentoring trainees and assisting them with queries.
