Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks and Xero.
• 2+ years in accountancy practice (3 years preferred).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Mentoring junior staff is desirable.

• Engaging with the culture of providing support to both clients and other members of staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, & Xero. Knowledge of taxcalc is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within an accountancy practice. 3 years preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated mentoring capabilities or experience supporting junior team members is desirable.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting are essential.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, AAT) or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment.
