Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Chartered Accountancy Practice in the UK.
  • Strong client management and business advisory skills.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join a well-established, growing & ambitious Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Central London.

They are a highly respected accountancy firm who have been established for over 10 years and they provide accounting services for a wide range of businesses, including but not limited to: Start Ups, Scale Ups, SMEs in professional services, retail and ecommerce businesses, the hospitality and restaurant industry, and the food and beverage industry.

The Role and Responsibilities
  • Managing a client portfolio for a diverse range of startups and SMEs providing an excellent, proactive service
  • Provide business advisory support, actuals v forecast and budgeting
  • Supervise junior members of staff
  • Manage monthly accounting month end close
  • Prepare year-end statutory annual accounts for filing and returns to Companies House
  • Onboarding clients to ensure the customer onboarding journey is seamless
  • Execute OKR framework according to your level and development path
  • 3 years Chartered Accountancy Practice experience (in a UK Practice)
  • ACCA/ACA Part Qualified / Qualified or QBE
  • Experience working with Startups, Scale Ups & SMEs
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients
  • Ambition & Drive
