Bk Plus is seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join our Helston team, offering part-time hours and a flexible work pattern. The role focuses on statutory accounts, corporation tax and self-assessment returns, with ongoing client liaison and support with HMRC and colleagues.

Successful candidates will have experience in an accountancy practice, solid knowledge of UK accounting standards, and strong communication and organisational skills to deliver exceptional client service.

We are currently recruiting for a Semi Senior Accountant to join our team based in Helston.

As a Semi-Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
• Preparing corporation tax and self-assessment tax returns.
• Liaising effectively with clients, HMRC and colleagues to resolve queries and provide technical support.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience working within an accountancy practice.
• Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and UK accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
