Job summary

Tiger Recruitment in London is looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join a busy practice. You will prepare company accounts under FRS105/FRS102 for Ltd entities and handle corporation tax computations, with exposure to personal tax work.

You will manage a portfolio of monthly bookkeeping and VAT tasks, liaise with HMRC on client matters, and help train junior staff while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACA or ACCA or qualified AAT and aiming to start ACA/ACCA.
• Minimum 2 years in a small/medium practice.
• Knowledge of corporation and personal tax is desirable.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Experience using Xero is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Take responsibility for a portfolio of monthly bookkeeping and VAT return jobs

• Handle client queries

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE/BE

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
