Sharp Consultancy is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Doncaster as they look to recruit a Semi Senior Accountant.

Due to significant growth and new work, this is a newly created position that would be perfect for someone AAT Qualified or studying their ACA/ACCA qualification, with experience working in an accountancy practice.

The role will focus on working with a well-established portfolio of limited companies and sole traders, preparing annual accounts, and reviewing work submitted by junior staff (client bookkeeping and VAT returns).

As a Semi Senior Accountant, you will be:

• Preparing annual accounts for a variety of local businesses
• Completing VATs and bookkeeping work
• Supporting junior staff and reviewing work
