Step Teachers is seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant to provide flexible short-term and long-term support in various school settings. You will aid pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs and assist teachers with engaging learning activities.
Ideal candidates bring experience with SEMH, trauma-informed approaches, and a calm, empathetic manner, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support pupil welfare and progression.
