Role: SEMH Teaching Assistant

Rate of pay: £425 - £550 Dependant on experience

Location: Solihull B93

Connex Education is seeking a proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment. You will offer 1-1 support, helping students develop academically and socially, while also serving as a positive role model. Our school is a supportive environment dedicated to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We cater to children aged 5-11 who may have complex conditions such as ASC, ADHD, and Attachment Disorder. Role Requirements

• Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
• Previous experience working in Educational is desireable.
• Team Teach Qualification is essential
• A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
• An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
