Job summary

I C Talent Ltd is recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. You will work with teachers and support staff to provide a safe, positive learning environment and support pupils academically and pastorally.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage emotions and behaviour, building relationships, and delivering engaging activities. Previous experience in education or SEMH is beneficial; 5 days a week.
