Job Title: SEMH Learning Support Assistant / SEMH LSA

Location: Grantham

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £85 - £120 per day

This role involves working with students across all Key Stages, including those diagnosed with Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours. A proactive approach and confident situational control are essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children with additional needs/disabilities
• Experience supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviours
• Level 2 or 3 CACHE qualification or equivalent
• Desirable: Team-Teach or MAPA qualifications
