Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs in the Bury St Edmunds area. You will work closely with pupils to help them overcome barriers to learning and develop key skills, within a structured and supportive environment.
The role involves delivering 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEMH needs, helping them build confidence, resilience and positive engagement with education. A full UK driving licence is required.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting students who may face challenges with their emotional wellbeing, behaviour, relationships and engagement with education.
