Tradewind Recruitment are working with several SEMH schools in South Birmingham to recruit Unqualified, Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants. Roles range from day-to-day to full-time, within SEND/SEMH needs.

Experience in schools is desirable but not essential; SEMH/SEND experience is essential. You must be empathetic, patient and resilient as many pupils communicate through action, making some days challenging. Contact Tradewind for details on roles and progression.

Tradewind Recruitment are working with several different SEMH Schools in South Birmingham who are recruiting Unqualified, Level 2 and Level 3 TA's

The schools ages range from KS1 to KS4 for children with SEMH.

The schools are part SEND/SEMH Trusts and SEND Local Authority Schools with a range SEND, SEMH and Mental Health needs.

The schools are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to support day to day, short term and full time within there schools School experience is desirable but not essential, however SEMH or SEND experience is essential. It is essential your empathetic, patient and resilient as a lot of the pupils in school communicate through action which means days can be challenging.
