SEMH Teaching Assistant | Outstanding, Nurturing & Creative Primary School

Remedy is working exclusively with an "Outstanding" graded Primary school in South East London to find a SEMH Teaching Assistant. Roles at this school are rare, occurring only every few years due to the strong team environment. This is a great opportunity.

This role is available for an ASAP start, Monday to Friday, during school hours (8:30am - 3:30pm). The daily rate ranges from £110 to £120, depending on experience.

Role Details:

• Supporting a Year 1 boy with Autism (ASD) and SEMH needs

• Long-term role until at least July 2025, Monday to Friday, during school hours
• Pay: £110 - £120 per day, based on experience (term time only)

Person Specification:

• Kind, caring, compassionate, resilient, and proactive
• Graduates preferred but not essential
• Ambitious for careers in Psychology, Therapy, Counselling, Support Work, or Behaviour
• Available to start within 2-3 weeks
• Experience with children with additional needs is desirable, school experience preferred but transferable skills are acceptable
