  • Support the delivery of individual and group interventions aimed at improving behaviour and learning outcomes.
  • Supervise and support pupils during project and sporting activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and patient individual with a passion for working with children.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills in a SEMH setting.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A DBS check (enhanced) on the Child & Adult Workforce, or a willingness to obtain one.

In Return We Offer:

  • Full-time position with family-friendly hours.
  • A chance to develop your knowledge and experience in a rewarding field.
  • Access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • A supportive and welcoming environment with an experienced team.
  • Regular support and guidance from a dedicated consultant.

If you’re ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people and think this role is a perfect fit, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply today with your CV and a short covering letter, and we’ll be in touch to discuss the next steps.
