Job summary

Lotus Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs in Canterbury.

The role is full-time and long-term supply, offering the chance to build strong relationships with pupils, work closely with teachers, and develop strategies to support emotional regulation and learning in a specialist education setting.

Lotus Recruitment is working with a specialist setting in Canterbury to recruit a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, including emotional regulation and behavioural challenges.
