We are currently recruiting SEMH Teaching Assistants for several fantastic specialist provisions in the Blandford Forum area, with roles available from September 2025—and the opportunity to start sooner for the right candidates.

The Role
You will support students aged between 3 and 19, working either 1:1 or in small groups to assist with learning, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour management.
Whether you’re helping with academic tasks or providing a listening ear, your role is crucial in helping students feel safe, supported, and motivated.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
