You will plan engaging, differentiated lessons, adapt to individual learning needs and collaborate with Learning Support Assistants to provide a safe, structured environment that fosters emotional and academic growth.

Qualifications

• QTS or valid teaching qualification required.
• Ability to manage behaviour and create structured lessons.
• Experience with SEMH or SEND is beneficial but not essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated SEMH lessons.
• Support pupils aged with SEMH needs.
• Work with Learning Support Assistants.
• Monitor and record pupil progress.
• Maintain safeguarding standards.
