The Education Network is seeking a Secondary SEMH Teacher for a specialist setting in Solihull. You will teach across KS3 and KS4, planning tailored lessons for students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. A calm, consistent approach and the ability to build positive relationships are essential to support learners’ progress.

Secondary SEMH Teacher required for a specialist school in Solihull. Are you a Secondary Teacher looking for a new challenge? This is an excellent opportunity for a Secondary SEMH Teacher to join a supportive specialist setting and help students overcome barriers to education.
As a Secondary SEMH Teacher, you will teach students across Key Stage 3 and 4, planning and delivering engaging lessons that are adapted to meet individual needs. The Secondary SEMH Teacher will need a calm and consistent approach to behaviour management, alongside the ability to build positive relationships with students who may have struggled within mainstream education.
Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour is essential. QTS is highly desirable, and applications from experienced Secondary Teachers with strong SEMH experience will be considered.
