You will make lessons engaging and practical, adapt to different abilities, and build positive relationships while effectively managing behaviour. QTS or QTLS is required; experience with SEMH/Alternative Provision is highly desirable. The role offers strong pastoral support and professional development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Social Care Teacher who can make the subject engaging, practical and relevant for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will teach small classes of students who may have struggled within mainstream education, using your subject knowledge and teaching style to build confidence, develop employability skills and help students recognise their potential.
The successful Health & Social Care Teacher will be confident managing behaviour, building positive relationships and adapting lessons to meet different learning needs. Experience working with SEMH students, Alternative Provision or challenging behaviour is highly desirable. This role requires QTS or QTLS.
