Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to individual abilities and needs.
  • Provide a structured, supportive classroom environment.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils to foster confidence and independence.
  • Apply effective behaviour management strategies to support SEMH needs.
  • Track pupil progress and adapt lessons to promote continued development.
  • Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, pastoral staff and other school team members.
  • Support pupils’ wider personal and emotional development beyond academics.
