Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to individual abilities and needs.
Provide a structured, supportive classroom environment.
Build positive relationships with pupils to foster confidence and independence.
Apply effective behaviour management strategies to support SEMH needs.
Track pupil progress and adapt lessons to promote continued development.
Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, pastoral staff and other school team members.
Support pupils’ wider personal and emotional development beyond academics.
