Elements Academy in the UK is seeking a Family Support Manager to design and lead SEMH interventions for pupils, delivered one-to-one or in small groups, to close gaps and achieve lasting wellbeing outcomes. The role also carries Senior DDSL duties, supporting the DSL and other DDSLs and leading safeguarding for pupils, staff and visitors.

A full enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver SEMH interventions one-to-one or in small groups.
• Promote and support students' mental health and wellbeing.
• Work to reduce SEMH deficits and achieve long-term positive outcomes for pupils.
• Act as Senior DDSL, assisting the DSL and other DDSLs in their role.
• Take responsibility for safeguarding pupils, staff and visitors.
• Implement effective safeguarding policies and procedures.
