Job summary

Elements Academy in the UK is seeking a Family Support Manager to design and lead SEMH interventions for pupils, delivered one-to-one or in small groups, to close gaps and achieve lasting wellbeing outcomes. The role also carries Senior DDSL duties, supporting the DSL and other DDSLs and leading safeguarding for pupils, staff and visitors.
