Job summary

The Futures Trust, Coundon Court School is seeking an excellent SEMH Mentor to work under the Inclusion Manager, ensuring students access SEMH support when needed. They will undertake work before school, at break, and after school where appropriate, delivering one-to-one and group mentoring along with academic support in Student Services.

Salary is PAS Grade 5 (£28,884-£34,792 FTE or £25,064-£30,191 pro rata) for 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per annum; includes a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SEMH needs in students.
  • Ability to work before/after school where required.
  • DBS check (enhanced) will be required.”

Opportunity

We are seeking to appoint an excellent SEMH Mentor to work under the direction of the Inclusion Manager to ensure all students whorequireit have access to SEMH support when they need it. They will undertake specific work before school, at break and after school whereappropriate. Provide one-to-one mentoring, groupmentoringand academic support to students in Student Services who are experiencing a range of SEMH barriers to their learning.

Salary & Benefits

PAS Grade 5 £28,884 - £34,792 Full Time Equivalent

£25,064 - £30,191 Pro Rata

37 hours per week / 39 weeks per annum

Monday – Thursday: 8.00 am – 4.00 pm, Friday: 8.00 am – 3.30 pm
