REESON Education is seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Worker, Behaviour TA or SEMH LSA to join a specialist setting in Barking and Dagenham. You will support a small class of 3-6 pupils with emotional needs, trauma, and mental health challenges, helping them engage with lessons and build resilience.

The role is full-time and long-term, with a focus on safeguarding and building rapport with pupils.

Competenze

• Previous experience of supporting students with SEN, mental health and/or challenging behaviour
• Confident, calm and collected in a School environment
• Knowledgeable of the UK curriculum
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

Mansioni

• You will be responsible for supporting a small class of around 3-6 students
• Support the teacher in delivering the learning objectives for the lesson
• You will use resources to help each student understand and engage in lessons
• You will be a pastoral support and emotional guide and positive role model
