Thriving and innovative Alternative Provision setting in the London Borough of Greenwich is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEMH Maths Teacher / Teacher of Maths or SEMH Teacher. This is a full-time and ongoing position to start immediately.
The successful teacher must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
This Monday to Friday position involves teaching Maths to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), focusing on Key Stage 3 (KS3) up to GCSE level. The teacher will deliver high-quality lessons in small classes, manage challenging behaviours, and support individual educational needs. Class sizes are small, typically up to 6 students, supported by at least 3 1:1 Behaviour TAs.
